About the Clifton Block 9 clinic
Clifton has plenty of dentists. What it has less of is a clinic you can reach on foot from a car park, at ground level, at ten at night, without an appointment made a week earlier. That is the gap this branch fills. Vincy Mall sits in Block 9, within a short run of Blocks 5 through 9, Kehkashan, Saba Avenue and the Sea View corridor, and the mall's own parking removes the most common reason Clifton patients put off a dental visit.
Access is the design principle here. The unit is on the ground floor — no mezzanine, no stairwell, no lift dependency. Entry is level from the mall concourse, which matters for wheelchair users, for patients on crutches after surgery, for parents with a pram, and for older patients who simply do not want to negotiate steps to reach a dentist. Shop No. 6 is on the ground floor of Vincy Mall, Block 9, Clifton. Park in the mall and enter from the concourse — the unit is level with no steps, no stairs and no lift required. Signage is visible from inside the mall.
Routes patients actually take
From Clifton Blocks 7 and 8, Teen Talwar and Schon Circle
Head down toward Block 9 and turn in at Vincy Mall. Blocks 7 and 8 are the closest residential blocks to this clinic and the run is short in normal traffic.
From Clifton Blocks 4 and 5, Boat Basin and Do Talwar
Follow the main Clifton road past Do Talwar and continue toward Block 9. Boat Basin traffic peaks around dinner service, so evening arrivals should allow extra minutes.
From Kehkashan, Sea View and Saba Avenue
Come inland from the Sea View side toward Block 9. This approach avoids the Clifton commercial centre entirely and is usually the cleanest run in the evening.
From DHA Phase 5 and Sunset Boulevard
Sunset Boulevard out of DHA toward Clifton and into Block 9. Our Phase 5 clinic is 3.16 km away, so DHA patients occasionally use this branch when Clifton is simply the easier side of town that day.
Parking
Mall parking at Vincy Mall, so there is no street-parking hunt and no double-parking on a Clifton side street. This is the practical difference between this branch and our two DHA street clinics, and it is most noticeable in the evening.
