A Sheffield-trained practice, built around three Karachi clinics
7dentists — restorative, surgical, paediatric and cosmetic — working to one set of clinical protocols across DHA Phase 5, DHA Phase 8 and Clifton Block 9. Open 9 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week, and rated 5.0 by 325 patients on Google.

Two Master's degrees, and why the second one matters
Dr. Saad Irfan holds an MDS in Restorative Dentistry and an MSc in Dental Materials, both from the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom. The combination is unusual, and it shapes how the whole practice works.
Restorative training governs how a tooth is rebuilt. Materials science governs what it is rebuilt with, and why one ceramic will outlast another in a particular mouth. Most dentists study the first. Far fewer have formally studied the second — and it is the second that decides whether a crown is still there in fifteen years.
That thinking runs through the practice he built: get the diagnosis right before touching anything, choose the material for the bite in front of you rather than the one on the shelf, and price the work honestly before it starts. Remaking failed restorations is the single most expensive thing that happens in dentistry, and almost all of it is avoidable.
Today that practice runs across three clinics with 7 dentists, a shared set of clinical protocols, and the same equipment standard at each site.
Qualifications you can check
Every clinician here is registered with the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council. The lead dentist's postgraduate degrees are from a UK university with a public record — you should be able to verify a credential rather than take it on trust.

Six commitments, and none of them are slogans
Each of these is checkable. Ask us to show you any of them at your first appointment — that is the point of writing them down.
The plan is written down before anything starts
You leave your first appointment with a written treatment plan and a written cost. Nothing outside that plan happens without us stopping and asking you first. No patient of ours should ever be surprised by an invoice.
Diagnose before you drill
Every root canal is done under an operating microscope, and surgical cases are planned from digital OPG — with 3D CBCT where nerve position or root anatomy make a flat radiograph insufficient. The expensive failures in dentistry are almost always diagnostic ones.
Pain control is not optional
We use the Wand computer-controlled anaesthesia system, which delivers local anaesthetic at a regulated rate rather than as fast as a thumb can push. It is the difference most patients notice first, and it is why so many of them come back.
Sterilisation you are allowed to inspect
Instruments are cleaned, pouched and processed through a Class B autoclave between every patient, and single-use items are used exactly once. Ask to see the cycle at any clinic and we will show you — a practice that would rather you did not look is telling you something.
Open when the problem actually happens
9 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week, including public holidays. Toothache does not respect office hours, and a clinic that closes at 9 PM sends its emergencies somewhere else. We are not a 24-hour service, and we do not claim to be.
You can ask for a female dentist
Three of our dentists are women, and asking to be treated by one is a request we schedule around rather than a favour you have to negotiate. You may also bring a chaperone into any appointment, always, without giving a reason.
The 7 dentists who will actually treat you
A restorative specialist, an oral & maxillofacial surgeon, an oral surgeon, a paediatric dentist and three senior general and cosmetic dentists — three of whom are women. Every name here is a real clinician at these clinics, with a profile you can read before you book.

The same kit at every clinic
A multi-site practice only works if the standard travels with it. Whichever of the three clinics you attend, the diagnostic imaging, the anaesthesia system, the magnification and the sterilisation cycle are the same. The difference between them is parking and distance, not quality of care.
- Dental operating microscope — every root canal is done under magnification
- Digital OPG panoramic imaging on site, with 3D CBCT where nerve position demands it
- The Wand computer-controlled anaesthesia for genuinely comfortable injections
- Digital intraoral scanning — no impression trays for most cases
- Class B autoclave sterilisation, cycle-logged, between every patient
- Single-use items genuinely used once and discarded
What your first visit costs, and what it includes
A full consultation and assessment is PKR 2,000 — identical at all three clinics. It includes examination, any radiograph needed to reach a diagnosis, and a written treatment plan with a written cost before anything is started.
- No treatment happens outside the plan without asking you first
- A written quote is valid for 90 days
- Longer courses of treatment can be staged across appointments
- Cash, bank transfer, EasyPaisa and JazzCash accepted
Three clinics, all within six kilometres
Pick the one that is easiest to reach. If a treatment needs equipment or a clinician based at another site, we will tell you at the consultation rather than at the chair.
