How Our Pricing Works
Dental Treatment Costs in Karachi
How we work out what your treatment will cost, what drives the number up or down, and what is always included. Your written quote comes after your examination — never before it.
Why We Quote After Examination, Not Before
Most dental websites publish a starting price and leave it at that. We think that is the wrong way round, and it is worth explaining why rather than just asking you to trust us.
“Root canal” is not one procedure. A front tooth has a single canal and can often be completed in one visit. A lower molar can have four canals, curved and partially calcified, and take two longer appointments under magnification. Both are called a root canal. Quoting one number for both would mean overcharging half our patients and undercharging the other half.
The same is true almost everywhere in dentistry. Whether an implant needs a bone graft depends on bone we can only measure with a CBCT scan. Whether a tooth needs a filling or a crown depends on how much sound structure is left underneath the old restoration. Whether orthodontic treatment takes fourteen months or twenty-eight depends on the bite we find when we examine you.
So we do it in the order that actually works. You come in, we examine and X-ray, we tell you exactly what needs doing and what is optional, and you leave with a written plan where every item is priced separately. Then you decide — with the whole picture in front of you, not a number that was never really about your mouth.
If you want a realistic figure before you commit to coming in, use the estimator below or send us a WhatsApp message. We will give you an honest range for what you are describing.
What Affects the Cost
These are the variables that genuinely move a dental quote. When you get your written plan, you will be able to see which applied to your case.
How much treatment you actually need
A single small filling and a tooth that needs a root canal, a post and a crown are very different pieces of work. Until we have examined and X-rayed the tooth, we do not know which one you are.
The condition of the surrounding bone and gums
Implant planning depends on bone volume and density. If grafting or a sinus lift is needed, that is additional surgery. Gum disease usually has to be stabilised before restorative work begins.
The material you choose
A crown can be porcelain-fused-to-metal, zirconia or full ceramic. Veneers can be composite or E-max. Implants come from different manufacturers with different track records. Each choice has a different cost and a different lifespan.
Complexity and number of visits
A molar root canal has three or four canals rather than one. A crowded orthodontic case takes longer than a mild one. More chair time and more appointments mean a higher total.
Whether preparatory work is needed first
Extractions before braces, scaling before whitening, a build-up before a crown. These are sometimes necessary and are quoted separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Diagnostics
Most treatment plans need a digital X-ray. Implant and complex surgical cases usually need a CBCT scan for accurate three-dimensional planning.
What’s Always Included
A quote that only covers the first appointment is not a quote. Ours covers the whole course of treatment, itemised, so nothing appears later that you were not told about.

Which treatment are you pricing?
Ranges are what the treatment costs across Pakistan, not our fee.
Indicative market information only. These are ranges observed across dental practices in Pakistan, not a quotation and not our fee list. Your own figure is confirmed in writing after an examination, before any treatment begins.
Payment Options & Instalments
Longer treatments — implants, full-mouth rehabilitation, orthodontics — can usually be paid in stages across the treatment period, with each payment tied to an appointment milestone rather than taken up front. There is no financing company and no interest; it is simply a schedule agreed between you and the clinic.
Raise it at your consultation. It is a normal request and it will not affect the treatment plan we recommend.

Frequently Asked Questions
About dental costs, how we quote, and what to expect.
Why is there no price list on this page?
Because an honest price list for dentistry does not exist. The same treatment name covers very different amounts of work depending on what we find. A number published before an examination would be a guess, and you would be entitled to hold us to it. We would rather examine you, tell you exactly what needs doing, and give you a written quote you can rely on.
What does the consultation cost and what do I get for it?
A full consultation and assessment is PKR 2,000, and it is the same at all three clinics. It covers a complete oral examination, gum and soft-tissue assessment, the diagnostic X-rays needed on the day, a discussion of your options, and a written treatment plan with costs itemised. You are under no obligation to proceed.
Can I get an estimate before I come in?
Yes. Use the estimator on this page, or send us a WhatsApp message describing the problem and, if you can, a photograph. We will give you a realistic range for what you are describing. It is an estimate rather than a quote, because the examination can change the picture — but it is usually close enough to plan around.
Will the final cost change after you have quoted me?
Not without your agreement. Once we have examined you and issued a written plan, that is the figure. If something unexpected appears mid-treatment — an additional canal, a crack under an old filling — we stop, explain it, and agree the change with you before continuing.
Do you offer instalments?
Yes. Longer treatments such as implants, full-mouth work and orthodontics can usually be spread across the treatment period, with payments tied to appointment stages. Discuss it at your consultation and we will structure something workable.
What can I expect to pay for this treatment in Pakistan generally?
Our cost guides set out the Pakistan-wide market ranges for each treatment, what makes the number move, and what should be included at each level. They are written to be useful whether or not you ever come to us.
Is the cheapest option ever the right one?
Sometimes, and we will say so when it is. But in implants, crowns and veneers the very cheapest options often use materials with short track records, and redoing failed work costs more than doing it properly once. We will always show you the range and explain the trade-off rather than pushing you upward.
Do all three clinics charge the same?
Each clinic is priced for its own local market, so there are differences. Your quote will always be for the clinic you are actually attending, and it will be confirmed in writing before any treatment starts.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, bank transfer, EasyPaisa and JazzCash across all three clinics.
Is an emergency visit priced differently?
No — there is no after-hours surcharge, even though we are open until 11 PM every day. An emergency visit is assessed and quoted the same way as any other appointment.
Do you charge for a second opinion?
A second-opinion appointment is charged as a normal consultation. Bring any X-rays or treatment plans you already have and we will go through them with you honestly, including telling you if we think the original plan was right.
What if I only want part of the treatment plan done?
That is your decision and we will price each part separately so you can stage it. We will tell you which items are clinically urgent and which can reasonably wait, so you can prioritise.
