Go to a hospital, not a dental clinic, if any of this applies
Go to a hospital accident and emergency department now, not to a dental clinic, if you have any of these: difficulty breathing or swallowing, swelling spreading to your neck or under your jaw, swelling closing your eye, a fever above 39°C alongside facial swelling, or you cannot open your mouth. These are signs of an infection that has spread beyond the tooth, and they can become life-threatening within hours.
DHA Phase 5 - Badar Commercial
Emergency Dentist in DHA Phase 5 — Open Until 11PM Tonight
In short: Emergency dental care in DHA Phase 5 Karachi is available at Dr. Saad Irfan Dentistry, Plot 4-C, Shop 2, Badar Commercial Street 2, open 9AM-11PM every day including Sundays and Eid. Assessment with X-ray is Rs 2,000, emergency extraction from Rs 8,000 and emergency root canal from Rs 20,000, with no night or holiday surcharge. This branch has the OPG and the surgical setup, so difficult extractions and abscess drainage are handled here. WhatsApp +92 313 3466661. Not a 24-hour service.
Clinic hours: All three clinics are physically open 9AM to 11PM, every day of the year — Sundays, public holidays, Eid ul-Fitr and Eid ul-Adha included. Walk in or book during those hours and you will be seen by the scheduled team.
Outside clinic hours: Outside those hours we are still reachable. Our emergency line is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week — on both clinic numbers and on WhatsApp — and for a genuine dental emergency we will open the clinic for you at night, on a Sunday, or on Eid. Call rather than message if it is the middle of the night. If your symptoms are on the hospital list above, go to an A&E instead: those need a hospital, not a dentist.

Open right now?
If it is before 11PM, this clinic is open right now — actually open, with a dentist in the building, not an answering service. Message the number on WhatsApp and describe what has happened; most emergency slots are confirmed within minutes.
What can be dealt with tonight at DHA Phase 5
- Digital OPG on site — infection extent read in the same visit
- Abscess drainage and same-visit pain relief
- Surgical extraction, including broken roots and impacted wisdom teeth
- Emergency root canal started and the tooth settled the same night
- Knocked-out tooth re-implantation and splinting
- Bleeding control after an extraction done elsewhere
- Class B autoclave sterilisation — no shortcut because it is late
If you need sending on: Nothing dental is referred on from this branch — it has the imaging, the surgical setup and the oral surgery specialist. The one thing we will send you elsewhere for is a spreading infection with the red-flag signs above, which belongs in a hospital A&E rather than any dental chair.

We do not charge more at night, on Sunday, or on public holidays — and there is no call-out fee if we open the clinic for you outside normal hours. An appointment at 3AM on Eid costs exactly what the same appointment costs at 11AM on a Tuesday. No out-of-hours loading, no emergency premium.
Starting prices. You get a written plan and a price before any treatment begins — including at 10PM. Identical at all 3 clinics.
An emergency root canal settles the tooth on the night; the crown that has to follow is a separate appointment and a separate charge. Both are set out on our root canal treatment page.
Why DHA Phase 5 patients come here in an emergency
Phase 5 is the branch that can finish the job tonight. The OPG is here, so the X-ray that shows how far an infection has travelled is taken in the same visit rather than deferred. The surgical setup is here, which matters when a tooth is broken at the gum line or a root has fractured. And Dr. Muhammad Ali Khuhawar, our oral surgery specialist, works from this branch — the difficult extractions and the bleeding that has not stopped after treatment somewhere else are dealt with here.
Getting here: On Badar Commercial Street 2, at street level. After 8PM the commercial area quietens and street parking is straightforward — the opposite of the daytime problem. There are two shallow steps at the entrance.
- From DHA Phase 4:6–7 minutes via Badar Commercial
- From DHA Phase 6:10 minutes via Khayaban-e-Ittehad
- From Zamzama / Bukhari Commercial:8 minutes
- From Gizri:12 minutes
Why choose the DHA Phase 5 clinic
The branch that can finish tonight
OPG, surgical setup and oral surgery specialist all here — so a difficult case does not become 'come back tomorrow to another clinic'.
No night or holiday surcharge
10:30PM on Eid costs what 11AM on a Tuesday costs. No call-out fee, no out-of-hours loading.
Written price before treatment
Even at 10PM you are told what was found, what is proposed and what it costs before anything is done. Pain relief first, then the conversation.
Parking is easier at night
Badar Commercial is tight at 7PM and open by 9PM — unusually, the emergency hour is the easy one here.
