We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

our clinic provides a range of dental services including general dentistry, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and oral surgery. All services are subject to a prior clinical assessment and are provided at the discretion of our licensed dental professionals. We make no guarantee that any specific treatment will be available or appropriate for any individual patient without a professional consultation. Treatment recommendations are based on clinical judgment and may change following examination or new information. Emergency dental services are available during business hours. For life-threatening emergencies, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Appointment Booking: Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. Appointment requests submitted online are confirmed within 2 business hours. An appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from our team. Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to $50. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to avoid disruption to other patients. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate late arrivals.

Fees: Our fees are set based on current dental standards and the complexity of treatment. A full fee estimate will be provided before any non-emergency treatment begins. Prices are subject to change and will be communicated to you in advance. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, major credit cards, debit cards, and approved payment plans for qualifying treatments. Insurance: We work with most major dental insurance providers. As a courtesy, we will submit claims on your behalf; however, the patient is ultimately responsible for any portion not covered by insurance. It is your responsibility to understand your coverage before treatment. Refunds: Refunds for services already rendered are not generally available, except in cases of our clear error or failure to provide the agreed service. Prepaid treatment packages are refundable for unperformed services.

As a patient of our clinic, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete health and contact information, and promptly inform us of any changes • Disclose all medications, supplements, and health conditions that may affect your dental treatment • Follow post-treatment instructions provided by your dentist • Attend follow-up appointments as recommended • Treat our staff and other patients with courtesy and respect • Pay for services in accordance with our fee policies our clinic reserves the right to discontinue services to patients who are abusive, fail to comply with treatment instructions, or engage in fraudulent behavior.
