Go to a hospital, not a dental clinic, if any of this applies
Go to a hospital accident and emergency department now, not to a dental clinic, if you have any of these: difficulty breathing or swallowing, swelling spreading to your neck or under your jaw, swelling closing your eye, a fever above 39°C alongside facial swelling, or you cannot open your mouth. These are signs of an infection that has spread beyond the tooth, and they can become life-threatening within hours.
DHA Phase 8 - Khayaban-e-Iqbal
Emergency Dentist in DHA Phase 8 — Open Until 11PM Tonight
In short: Emergency dental care in DHA Phase 8 Karachi is available at Dr. Saad Irfan Dentistry, H#202/2, 21 Street Khayaban-e-Iqbal Zone A — three to four minutes from Emaar Crescent Bay and Creek Vista — open 9AM-11PM every day including Sundays and Eid. Assessment with X-ray is Rs 2,000, emergency extraction from Rs 8,000 and emergency root canal from Rs 20,000, with no night or holiday surcharge. WhatsApp +92 313 3466661. Not a 24-hour service.
Clinic hours: All three clinics are physically open 9AM to 11PM, every day of the year — Sundays, public holidays, Eid ul-Fitr and Eid ul-Adha included. Walk in or book during those hours and you will be seen by the scheduled team.
Outside clinic hours: Outside those hours we are still reachable. Our emergency line is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week — on both clinic numbers and on WhatsApp — and for a genuine dental emergency we will open the clinic for you at night, on a Sunday, or on Eid. Call rather than message if it is the middle of the night. If your symptoms are on the hospital list above, go to an A&E instead: those need a hospital, not a dentist.

Open right now?
For the newer DHA belt this is the nearest open clinic by a wide margin — three to four minutes from Emaar and Creek Vista, with parking directly outside. It also takes fewer walk-ins than Phase 5, so a late slot here is usually easier to get.
What can be dealt with tonight at DHA Phase 8
- Chairside digital X-ray for immediate diagnosis
- Same-visit pain relief and abscess drainage
- Emergency filling and lost crown re-cementing
- Simple extraction to remove the source of infection
- Emergency root canal started and the tooth settled the same night
- Class B autoclave sterilisation — no shortcut because it is late
If you need sending on: A surgical extraction — a broken root, an impacted wisdom tooth, or anything needing the OPG and the oral surgery specialist — is scheduled at our DHA Phase 5 clinic, about twelve minutes away. You will not be sent there without first being seen, examined and got out of pain here.

We do not charge more at night, on Sunday, or on public holidays — and there is no call-out fee if we open the clinic for you outside normal hours. An appointment at 3AM on Eid costs exactly what the same appointment costs at 11AM on a Tuesday. No out-of-hours loading, no emergency premium.
Starting prices. You get a written plan and a price before any treatment begins — including at 10PM. Identical at all 3 clinics.
An emergency root canal settles the tooth on the night; the crown that has to follow is a separate appointment and a separate charge. Both are set out on our root canal treatment page.
Why DHA Phase 8 patients come here in an emergency
Most dental emergencies are pain, a lost filling or crown, a cracked tooth or a swelling that needs draining and settling — all of which are dealt with here, tonight. The advantage of this branch is simply getting seen quickly: it is a quiet residential-street clinic rather than a busy commercial one, so the schedule holds and you are not sitting in a waiting room in pain behind three walk-ins.
Getting here: On 21 Street, a residential lane off Khayaban-e-Iqbal in Phase 8 Zone A. Parking is directly outside and is reliably free in the evening. Entry is at ground level with a single step.
- From Emaar Crescent Bay:3 minutes
- From Creek Vista:4 minutes
- From DHA Phase 7:6 minutes via Zulfiqar Commercial
- From Seaview:8 minutes
- From DHA Phase 5 (if you are sent on):about 12 minutes
Why choose the DHA Phase 8 clinic
Seen faster
Fewer walk-ins than Phase 5, so the late slots are easier to get and appointments start closer to their booked time — which is the whole point when you are in pain.
Closest to the newer DHA belt
Phase 7, Phase 8 Zone A and Zone B, Creek Vista and the Emaar side are all a single turn off Khayaban-e-Iqbal.
No night or holiday surcharge
Same price at 10:30PM on Eid as at 11AM on a Tuesday. No call-out fee.
Parking directly outside
A residential lane, not a commercial block — there is a space even at 10PM, which matters when you are not in a state to circle looking for one.
