DHA Phase 8 - Khayaban-e-Iqbal
Phase 8 is the low-friction branch — a quiet residential-street clinic for the newer DHA side, built around short waits and easy parking.
This clinic is on 21 Street, just off Khayaban-e-Iqbal in DHA Phase 8 Zone A. It is a house-conversion clinic on a residential street rather than a shop on a commercial strip, and that changes the experience: parking is easy, the waiting room is quiet, and appointments tend to run closer to their booked time.
DHA's newer development sits east and south of here — Phase 7, Phase 8 Zone A and Zone B, Creek Vista, and the Emaar Crescent Bay side. For anyone living in that belt, driving into Badar Commercial for a twenty-minute checkup never made much sense. This branch exists so that it does not have to happen. Khayaban-e-Iqbal runs directly past the end of 21 Street, so most of Phase 7 and Phase 8 is a single road turn away.
The work that suits this branch is the work that should be quick and predictable: six-month checkups and scaling, fillings, whitening, aligner and braces reviews, children's appointments, crown fittings, and the pain appointment you need on a weeknight without losing the whole evening to it. Because the clinic is not on a commercial strip, walk-in pressure is lower and the schedule holds together better than at Phase 5.
It is a smaller building, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. Implant surgery and complex full-mouth cases are planned here but usually placed at Phase 5, where the surgical setup lives. If a case needs that, the team will tell you at the consultation rather than after you have booked. Everything routine — and most restorative work — is completed here start to finish.
A residential side street rather than a commercial block, so there is normally a space outside even at 9 PM.
Lower walk-in pressure than Phase 5 means appointments here tend to start closer to the time they were booked.
Phase 7, Phase 8 Zone A, Creek Vista and the Emaar side are all a single turn off Khayaban-e-Iqbal.
A quiet, house-style waiting room is a gentler introduction than a busy commercial clinic.

The clinic is at House 202/2 on 21 Street, a residential side street running off Khayaban-e-Iqbal in Phase 8 Zone A. Parking is on the street directly outside and is generally straightforward at any hour. Entry is at ground level with a single step.
From DHA Phase 7
Join Khayaban-e-Iqbal heading into Phase 8 and turn into 21 Street. Phase 7 is directly adjacent, so this is the shortest run of any origin and rarely takes more than a few minutes.
From Creek Vista and the Emaar Crescent Bay side
Head inland toward Khayaban-e-Iqbal and turn into Zone A. Coming from the Creek side avoids the Phase 5 commercial traffic entirely.
From DHA Phase 6 and Khayaban-e-Ittehad
Cross toward Korangi Road and pick up Khayaban-e-Iqbal into Phase 8. Phase 6 sits between our two DHA clinics — if you are on the Ittehad side, Phase 5 is likely closer.
From Korangi Road and Karachi Cantonment
Korangi Road feeds into the Phase 8 approach roads and then onto Khayaban-e-Iqbal. This is the usual route for patients coming from outside DHA on the eastern side.
Direct street parking on 21 Street outside the clinic. Because this is a residential lane rather than a commercial block, spaces are usually available even in the evening — the single biggest practical difference between this branch and Phase 5.
Open 7 days a week · Including public holidays
This is our newest DHA branch and carries 40 Google reviews at a 5.0 rating — a smaller base than Phase 5 simply because it has been open for less time. The reviews live on this branch's own Google Business Profile and are not reproduced here.
Read all 40 reviews for DHA Phase 8 on GoogleHouse 202/2, 21 Street Khayaban-e-Iqbal, DHA Phase 8 Zone A, Karachi 75533. It is on a residential side street running off Khayaban-e-Iqbal, not on a commercial strip.
Yes, noticeably. 21 Street is a residential lane, so there is normally a space directly outside the clinic even during evening hours. Badar Commercial in Phase 5 gets tight after 6 PM.
Assessment, planning and follow-up reviews happen here. The surgical placement itself is normally scheduled at our Phase 5 clinic, where the implant surgical unit is based. The team will confirm this at your consultation, not afterwards.
DHA Phase 7, Phase 8 Zone A and Zone B, Creek Vista, and the Emaar Crescent Bay side. Phase 6 sits between our two DHA clinics — if you are on the Khayaban-e-Ittehad side, Phase 5 is probably closer.
It is the easier of our two DHA clinics for that. Dr. Saima sees children here, and the quieter, house-style waiting area is far less overwhelming for a nervous child than a busy commercial clinic.
The clinic runs until 11:00 PM, seven days a week. Late-evening slots here are easier to get than at Phase 5 because this branch takes fewer walk-ins.
Partly. Dr. Saad Irfan and Dr. Aamna Mir hold sessions at both DHA clinics. Dr. Saima's pediatric sessions run here, and oral surgery sessions run at Phase 5. Ask when booking and we will schedule you with the right clinician.
There is one step at the entrance. If step-free access matters, our Clifton Block 9 clinic is on the ground floor of Vincy Mall with level entry throughout.
