Clifton's blocks are not numbered in geographic order, and the difference between a five-minute run and a twenty-minute one is often which side of the Boat Basin traffic you start on. Here is what the drive actually looks like from each part of Clifton.

Blocks 7 and 8, around Teen Talwar and Schon Circle, are the closest residential blocks to our clinic and the shortest run of anywhere in Clifton — usually under ten minutes and frequently under five. Head down toward Block 9 and turn in at Vincy Mall; there is no need to go through the Clifton commercial centre at all. This proximity is why these two blocks make up a large share of the branch's walk-in traffic: if you crack a tooth on a weeknight, you can be at the clinic in the time it takes most people to find a parking space elsewhere. Kehkashan, Saba Avenue and the Sea View corridor sit on the seaward edge of Clifton, and the route in from here is the cleanest of any approach: come inland toward Block 9 without touching the Clifton commercial centre at all. That makes it a reliable ten minutes or so even during the evening peak that snarls Boat Basin. For residents along Sea View and Saba Avenue this is often the deciding factor — most alternatives in the area mean driving into the busiest part of Clifton at exactly the hour you would want to avoid it. Bilawal House Road is the usual reference point for the last stretch, and the mall parking removes the final obstacle once you arrive.

No street parking, no circling the block, no leaving the car somewhere you are not sure about at 10 PM — which is the practical difference between this branch and our two DHA street clinics, and the reason a lot of Clifton patients pick it.

Entry is step-free. The unit is on the ground floor, level with the concourse: no stairs, no mezzanine, no lift to wait for. If you use a wheelchair, are on crutches after surgery, are pushing a pram, or are bringing an older relative who would rather not deal with steps, this is the only one of our three clinics we would recommend without a caveat. Both DHA clinics have at least one step at the entrance, and we would rather say so here than have you discover it on arrival.

Signage is visible from inside the mall, so once you are through the doors you will not need directions. If you are driving from the Sea View or Kehkashan side, come inland and avoid the Clifton commercial centre entirely. From Blocks 7 and 8 the run is short enough that it barely needs a route.
