DHA Phase 5 - Badar Commercial
Phase 5 is the flagship: the deepest bench, the longest-running records, and the branch that handles the practice's complex restorative and surgical cases.
Badar Commercial Street 2 is where this practice started, and Phase 5 is still the branch that carries the most complex work. It has the largest clinical team, the longest patient histories, and the most Google reviews of our three clinics. If your treatment needs several appointments across different specialities, this is usually the clinic the team will suggest.
The Phase 5 clinic sits inside Badar Commercial Area, the commercial spine that DHA Phase 4, Phase 5 and Phase 6 all feed into. That location is the reason this branch became the practice's centre of gravity: patients arriving from Khayaban-e-Ittehad, Khayaban-e-Shahbaz and Zamzama all converge on the same few streets, and Badar Commercial is where those routes meet. Most of the long-standing DHA families on our books were first seen here.
Clinically, this branch is organised around treatment that takes more than one appointment. Implant cases are planned, placed and restored here. Root canals are done under the operating microscope. Full-mouth rehabilitation, crown and bridge work, and smile design cases are sequenced across the same operatories with the same team, so nobody has to re-explain their history at each visit. Orthodontic patients in braces or aligners come back here for their adjustment cycle because the records and the models stay in one place.
The trade-off is worth stating honestly: Phase 5 is our busiest clinic. Evening slots between 6 PM and 9 PM fill first, particularly midweek, and Badar Commercial parking gets tighter as the surrounding shops and restaurants pick up. Patients who want a quiet, quick recall appointment often do better at our DHA Phase 8 clinic. Patients who want the full specialist team in one building come here.
Restorative, endodontic, surgical and cosmetic sessions all run out of this branch, so multi-discipline plans stay under one roof.
Implants, full-mouth rehabilitation and orthodontic adjustment cycles are sequenced here with the same team and the same records.
This is the original clinic and carries the longest treatment histories in the practice — useful when older work needs reviewing.
Badar Commercial is the junction that Phase 3, 4, 5 and 6 traffic already passes through.

The clinic is at Plot 4-C, Shop 2 on Badar Commercial Street 2, at street level. Street parking runs along Street 2 and the adjacent Badar Commercial lanes, and is easiest before 6 PM. There are two shallow steps at the shop entrance.
From DHA Phase 4 and Khayaban-e-Shahbaz
Take Khayaban-e-Shahbaz toward Phase 5 and turn into Badar Commercial at the Street 2 entrance. This is the shortest approach and typically runs five to eight minutes outside peak traffic.
From Zamzama and Khayaban-e-Bukhari
Come down Khayaban-e-Bukhari past Bukhari Commercial, then cross into Badar Commercial. Bukhari and Badar sit back to back, so the last stretch is short even when the commercial strip is busy.
From DHA Phase 6 and Khayaban-e-Ittehad
Khayaban-e-Ittehad runs straight down toward the Badar Commercial junction. Phase 6 residents on the Ittehad side reach Phase 5 faster than Phase 8; those closer to Korangi Road should compare both.
From Clifton and Sunset Boulevard
Sunset Boulevard into DHA, then Khayaban-e-Shahbaz to Badar Commercial. Clifton patients should check our Clifton Block 9 clinic first — it is 3.16 km from here and usually closer.
Street parking on Badar Commercial Street 2 and the surrounding Badar Commercial lanes. Availability is good in the morning and early afternoon and tightens from about 6 PM as the commercial area fills. Allow an extra five minutes for an evening appointment.

Usually yes. Implant planning, surgical placement and the final crown all happen at this branch, and the implant surgical unit and imaging are here. Phase 8 and Clifton can handle the consultation and follow-up reviews if those are closer to you.
